2017 Board Meeting Dates

The 2017 Board Meeting is set for the following dates at 5:30pm at the Coventry Group Community Management office – 21 S. Kent Street in downtown Winchester. (The Old Creamery Building):

Annual Meeting Update – January 24th, 2017
February 6, 2017

The Townes at Tasker HOA had their 2017 Annual meeting January 24th, 2017 at the Bowman Library at 6:30pm.  We had 39 members represented in person and proxy.  Thanks to all who participated and came out to support the Association.  The new board of directors was voted on and Mike Eiland, Amanda Kerr, and Brianna McCaul have all stepped up to fill these positions officially.  Please pass on thanks and support to them for volunteering their time to help the HOA run smoothly.  The 2017 Budget was reviewed and a motion was made to accept the budget for 2017 by the members.

The first board meeting of 2017 will take place on February 8th at the Coventry Group office in Winchester at 5:30pm.  The board meetings will be quarterly and continuing to take place on the first Tuesday of the months of May, August and November at the Coventry Group office at 5:30pm.  Please come out and support the HOA at these meetings. All members are welcome.

Architectural Requests

Interested in adding a deck or fence to your home?  Please fill out the Architectural Change Request Form found on the documents tab or here for your convenience.  Please include as much information as possible to explain the requested change so that the Architectural Review Board can respond quickly to your request.  There is a $25 processing fee for requests.
